5-Minute Paleo: Get some sun

Spending time in the sun isn't actually

a one-way trip to skin cancer, and it also provides an important nutrient: 
Vitamin D (the sun on your skin stimulates your body to produce the 
vitamin). Just 5 minutes at the right time of day (noon, when the sun is 
high) can do you a lot of good in the Vitamin D department! So this week, 
take a few minutes to go outdoors and soak up some rays - move your workout 
from the gym to the beach, spend some quality time in the garden, or just 
go for a brief walk to get your blood flowing after lunch.

how much you're taking, just so you can make informed decisions about your
